Need more insight on this:

I tried to locate the file "Rgstrtn.lck", but seems it is not present in my system, after initially following the steps below from cmd box:

  1. Type cd "%allusersprofile%Microsoft Help", and then press ENTER,
  2. Type attrib -h rgstrtn.lck, and then press ENTER.
  3. Type del rgstrtn.lck, and then press ENTER.
  4. Type dir /b /od /ad, and then press ENTER.
  5. Type rd /q /s "", and then press ENTER

....after the Second step, the message reads:

C:UsersWindws 7>cd "%allusersprofile%Microsoft Help

C:ProgramDataMicrosoft Help>attrib -h rgstrtn.lck

File not found - rgstrtn.lck

C:ProgramDataMicrosoft Help>_

and after doing a thorough search manually on Search Box, that file doesn't seem to exist on my Pc, but I keep getting the same "setup error"..

And reformatting the entire Disk is not an option anyway.
