Posted December 27, 201211 yr FPCH Admin Hello everyone, I recently installed Windows 8. I have some issue, but I'm not sure if it's a feature or a bug. When I minimize a tile, the sound from it is decreased immensely. For example, if I open IE10 from the app tile, and open a YouTube video and play it, when I switch the screen to something else, such as Desktop, the sound is decreased dramatically.
