Update for Windows Driver Framework version 1.11 for Windows Vista (KB2761494) not installing.

I have been trying to install this Windows-Update: "Update for Windows Driver Framework version 1.11 for Windows Vista (KB2761494)" and have been getting the message error below:

Error code: "WindowsUpdate_ 80041006" "WindowsUpdate_dt000"

The importance level of this update is "Recommended".

I'm running EI 9, Windows Vista Home Premium, 32 bit on my Toshiba laptop.

Can anyone tell me why is not installing and how to? ....and if i really need this update?

P.S.: There were 10 more updates schedule and they all were installed except this one.
