Windows 7. Blue Screen at Boot. Help Please.

Windows 7 Home Premium

Service Pack 1 Build 7601

When I boot my Computer the screen goes Black, Pixelates very Briefly, then shows the blue screen. I ran a Memory Check and found no errors, My Drivers all say they are up to date, malware bytes finds svchost gets rid of it and it always comesback. I think

it might be malware.

I'll try to restore to an earlier date. But if you can see anything wrong in the files I posted please let me know what I can do! Thanks for your help!
