Posted December 5, 201211 yr FPCH Admin Vista Home Premium My Windows Security Centre security service is turned off and I cannot get it started at all.The red shield has a constant cross on it.I am concerned that I have no Firewall. I have Microsoft security essentials on okay but I don't think this has a firewall and I have a free version of Antivirus edition 2012 AVG installed but again don't think there is a firewall on it? Any help in resolving would be appreciated.My computer knowledge is pretty basic as you may have gathered and I would need step by step instructions I am afraid. Thanks.
