Posted December 4, 201211 yr FPCH Admin I used to be able to just save files to my external hard drive and my files were backed up to the HD automatically. Now this does not happen and I cannot save files on my EXT HD. The message comes up is this: A shadow copy could not be created .The provider [who is it] had an unexpected trying to process the specific operation. ox 8004230F .
