Is there a the Windows 7 technical support email address

Hi,

Tried to contact Microsoft Technical Support by email but went around in circles on their Australian website.

Seems you can only call the customer support line and they transfer you.

This is not always suitable if you have a difficult question and have screen dumps to show the problem.

Only way I could contact Microsoft this time was to copy an address from a technician replying to previous issue.

Does anyone know of a direct way to contact Microsoft.
