My computer, unable to start due to a HP update this morning, had to go through a full factory restore. I backed up my files beforehand on a USB drive, however, when I've opened the USB to restore my files, I am unable to open the restore.exe application.

It's telling me that the version of the file isn't compatible with the version of Windows (7) I have. I don't think this is a problem with all .exe files.
