Trusted installer and creator owner screwing my antivirus.

I AM REALLY STARTING TO GET MAD NOW. this is the second time I've had to deal with this pesky trusted installer thing. It is preventing my Bit Defender Antivirus 2013 software from running. Every time I allow myself to open the file and deny trusted installer

and creator owner, THEY JUST DUPLICATE EMSELVES WITH FULL PERMISSIONS IN THE LIST!!!!!
