FPCH Admin AWS Posted November 30, 2012 FPCH Admin Posted November 30, 2012 Ccleaner has found numerous times an unused file ext. . thats right a single dot. there is no location, or hkey, just a dot it cannot remove it and is the only one that discovers it and has for a year (when i downloaded) query if the dot is followed by eg. exe or somethng else it no longer is an unused file ext. is it. since everything is . followed by something is there a way to remove this dot without affecting other programs Ccleaner has tried and it doesnt work. the is no file to be found and no info other than (unused file ext. .) nothing more to go on. could this be a malignant virus...
