Posted November 27, 201212 yr FPCH Admin If an attempt is made to run Windows update, it shows a message that it can't run because the windows update service isn't running and that the computer should be restarted. Restart did not fix the problem. Checking in MSCONFIG shows that the windows update service is running. Tried the fix-it ap with no success. Ideas?? View this thread Off Topic Forum - Unlike the Rest
