vijaybhanot Posted July 28, 2011 Posted July 28, 2011 Hi All I want to discuss one server issue. I have a server 2008 with few shared folders on server's hard disk. Now, when user try to put file on shared folder(except exe) they can do it normally but when they tried to place exe files on shared folder then error occur. "Access is denied". After this issue , i login with enterprise admin account on some other network machine(client) and try to put exe file on shared folder but facing same issue on the contrary when i login locally then no error appear. Now, please tell me which security revoke user to place exe files on shared folder even domain admin not able to do on network. As per security and sharing of folder are concern. All that folder are common and with full access to everyone. Quote
