Posted November 17, 201212 yr FPCH Admin F10 does not work on my PC, but F8 does and states--Directory Services Restore Mode: Can I choose from this location or will my system go right into restoring? This system is supposed to have a built in hidden partition to reload it's factory settings, but my Restoration Wizard will not open (states it cannot find the path). My system works great, but a bit slow on boot up. Like to get this thing back to factory settings, but reload my Microsoft Office 2007, Windows Media Player 11, but I understand you have to backup the licensing keys to, and I do not know how to do this.
