Posted November 17, 201212 yr FPCH Admin After finally upgrading to Windows 8 with a lot of trouble, I finally have it on my laptop. It looks beautiful, I love the feel of it and it seems like it will do very well. However, when I upgraded I only chose the option of keeping personal files, as it wouldn't let me upgrade if I did it along with files and settings. Now Microsoft Word 2010 is gone. Also, many other programs are gone as well. To add to the troubles, the app store won't let me download apps. Whenever I try to it says that something went wrong and my purchase couldn't be completed. I have all my information in and all the correct billing information in, but it still won't let me.
