I am having trouble with opening, closing and saving Excel files. I have tried the changes in the Registry editor that were mentioned in another post and that did not seem to help. I also deleted the files in my Temp folder as suggested in another post.

The weird thing is that it is not slow all the time. The files I am trying to access are on the other computer in the office so it guess its "networked"?? I am not really sure. But like I said...sometimes I have no problem with the speed and they open, close

and save at a normal speed, but most of the time it is very slow.
