Hello,

I have a very basic question on XP media. How can I identify whether a

copied CD is either MVLS or OEM/retail?

I have a few copied CDs for our different locations and for backup that I

thought were MVLS but when I went to install them they would not take my MVLS

PID but did take the OEM PID. So I messed up and incorectly labled these CDs

(what else is new?).

So the question is this - Is there an easy way to tell whether a copied CD

is MVLS, OEM/Retail?

I know the easiest thing would be to re-download the ISO from the Microsoft

MVLS site, but I do not have access because this account was setup for us by

our client and I don't have access.
