Posted July 1, 201212 yr FPCH Admin Windows Installer is missing from the list of services so I am unable to update and get error code 80070641. When I try to download Installer 4.5 I get 'update does not apply to your system' message, whichever version I try to download. Some evidence from trying to research this that Iolo System Mechanic is the problem and has deleted a registry key?? Thanks in advance for any words of wisdom that can help.
