Posted July 1, 201212 yr FPCH Admin when you schedule a meeting in Outlook 2010 it used to have an icon of two people in the calendar so that you knew others had been invited. Is it still possible to show this? Also the meeting entry now shows the organisers name plus the invited attendees name, can this be hidden? One last question when you schedule a meeting say from 3.00 - 3.15 it doesn't show that precisely on the calendar and could be confusing, is there any way round that.
