Posted June 29, 201212 yr FPCH Admin When I start my PC ( Window Vista), every time pop-up message shows up “DLL could not be opened”. So I did the system file checker. The result was:"Windows Resource protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windirLogsCBSCBS.log."How can I fix the problem?
