I cannot keep a connection when I am on the website. I've tried many ways, no luck. I don't know all the jargon, and I don't know enough about the workings of a computer, to be adventurous.

 

If some one is willing to tell me in clear English, I will be eternally grateful to this wonderful person, who will save me many hours of frustration.D.M.
