Posted June 10, 201212 yr FPCH Admin Hello, I am trying to create the CD for off line windows defender. At the download stage, after about 5 minutes, I get the message: "There was a problem downloaded the required Windows Defender Offline Files". I clicked the "get more help" link which is on that error page, and went through the "download failed" steps, including having MS Fixit reconfigure IE. Still failing.
