Posted June 10, 201212 yr FPCH Admin I purchased an HP Pavilion dv6 NOTEBOOK PC and a Razer Naga to play Diablo III (D3). Initially, when I first ran D3, it says my video driver may have been out of date. I used Windows Update to fix it and it worked perfectly for the first few levels. Recently, every time I tried to play D3 and used the side buttons, all I get is a consistent BSOD with the error below. Best Buy already replaced the notebook with the exact model and when they tried using the side buttons of the mouse, it had worked properly (well, according to them, that is). I went home, reinstalled D3 and the video driver (since it asked me to do it again) and I still ended up with the exact same error. Not sure if it's a compatibility issue between D3, my notebook and the Razer Naga but something is definitely making the three components not want to talk to each other, so to speak. I've already made enough trips to BB the past couple weeks. I'm sure the customer service people there already know me by face. Thanks! View the thread Off Topic Forum - Unlike the Rest
