Posted June 9, 201212 yr FPCH Admin I created a document on a web site. This document can be downloaded from the web site only as a Microsoft Word File (.doc), but when that is tried I get the following message. “Works cannot open “CUserJosephAppDataLocalMicrosoftWindowsTemporary Internet FilesContent.IESL7EMBSIResume.doc” The file may be in use by another application, the file format may not be supported by any of the installed converters, or the file may be corrupt.” Once clicking on OK button a blank Microsoft Works Word Processor opens up. I can down load this file as a Word File on my lap top and on friend’s computers, but cannot download it on my PC (hp pavilion elite hpe) View the thread Off Topic Forum - Unlike the Rest
