Posted June 5, 201212 yr FPCH Admin I am using windows 7 I bought my new computer and having a lot of trouble downloading outlook express. It gets all the way to the third step and it says my firewall is preventing it from finishing. I have tried removing the firewall and it doesn't seem to matter. I am stumped.
