I can't copy and paste formatted text within the same or between Word and Excel documents and import

I can't copy and paste formatted text within the same or between Word and Excel documents and import from internet web pages,

BUT AFTER THAT INTERNET has been activated (called-on) I read the comments of Skype interference, and that re-sactiavted the double click on call function (whih was off anyway), re-started the PC, and the copy/paste worked perfectly AS LONG as I did not

call internet. After that I called internet, such copy paste did no longer work and only an unformatted text was pasted within word or between word & excell or importing webb portions from internet.

Therefore it seems that internet caused the interference, I ignore where.

This started several days ago, without understanding of wht and how.

CAN YOU HELP???
