FPCH Admin AWS Posted June 4, 2012 FPCH Admin Posted June 4, 2012 12 people are using OneNote 2010 on a network. These 12 people have 1 shared, main, departmental notebook but also, each has his/her own personal, notebook. If someone adds a new page to the main, shared department notebook, how do the other people know that something new was added and where it was added? Is there some way for people to get a notification at the bottom of their screen "OneNote has updated Notebook A - Section 4 - added new page" "Click here to view this update"? Otherwise, this is double the work. And e-mail notification has to be sent out letting everyone know there was a OneNote update? And then from the e-mail, users must figure out where the update is in OneNote? The entire point is that we don't want to send out the e-mails to begin with. So how could we do this?
