I was trying to get my avast to scan on my computer but I keep getting RPC not found and it won't sc

. I tried uninstalling it but keep getting the same message about the RPC. My roommate downloaded things on my computer after he was told not to. NOw everything is not working properly. I even get this message when I tried to download McAfee. I don't know

what to do because I know my computer has viruses making my programs slow. Any suggestions?
