Posted June 1, 201212 yr FPCH Admin Windows XP professional SP3, VB6 Application using WinInet FTP, Window 7 remoting to XP pro. I have been having problems with one of my VB jobs. It has been running fine for years and now it is failing because it is downloading only partial files FTP. It appears to have begun failing after May 22, 2012. One symptom that I can duplicate is that when the FTP job is trying to run it knocks me off my remote desktop connection. Sometimes the FTP download works, sometimes the files are truncated.
