I recently upgraded my Microsoft Office 2007 to Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010. Then, my nightmare began.

Every

time I would open Word 2010, and all other MS Office programs, I get this error message: "The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log for more details.

So, here's the event log that even confuses me more:

General Description:

Activation context generation failed for "C:Program (x86)Microsoft OfficeOffice14URLREDIR.DLL".

Dependent Assembly Microsoft.VC90.CRT,processorArchitecture="x86",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",type="win32",version="9.0.30729.1292"

could not be found. Please use sxstrace.exe for detailed diagnosis.

I have no idea how to fix this. I've been looking around here, but there has been no issues similar

to this. Is there a solution to this problem?
