Posted May 23, 201212 yr FPCH Admin When I open an email, it fills the monitor's screen and I can't make it smaller. When I click on the maximize/restore down button, nothing changes. When I go to the edges of my screen, I can't get the horizontal arrows in order to make it smaller. When I first open my email, the screen with the list of emails is fine and responds to the maximize button, but upon opening any email, it fills the screen!
