Have to clean Exploit:Java/Blacole.ES daily; how to remove permanantly?

I am getting a daily alert from MSE about an exploit: Exploit:Java/Blacole.ES. Each day it is successfully detected and removed, but it keeps coming back. How can I remove this permanantly? My MSE details below:
