Posted March 30, 201212 yr Just made a New computer didn't have video card in it sleep worked fine. No problem from it nothing. Always came back from mouse moving and never had to restart it. Bought a NVGV Gtx Geforce 550ti Video card. Now after sleep i have to completely restart computer and always comes up wanting me to start up with Safe Mode. Everything but the monitor turns back on Fans run dvd/cd disc drive hard drive. Only thing that will not come on is Monitor. On Windows 7. Continue reading...
