Malware Hacktool:Win32/Keygen only partially removed how can I remove toatally?

I have had a virus & I scanned my PC with Microsoft safety scanner (Microsoft essentials will not open) & I have the following Mailware:

Hacktool:Win32/Keygen

Trojan:Win32/Dynamer!dtc

Trojan:Win32/Orsam!rts

TrojanDropper:Win32/Eefs.gen!A

The scan results for all of these are Partially removed.

How do I get them totally removed? I can't access Microsoft Security Essentials when I ask to scan it says Security essentials cannot scan the files When I try to open Microsoft Security Essentials nothing happens.

I have done a full scan with Microsoft safety scanner on safe mode & normal mode with the same result.
