Posted March 23, 201212 yr Downloaded Microsoft Security Essentials to my Windows 7 PC. Went to update definition files for Defender and get an error that 'The digital signature of the object did not verify'. Follow the onscreen link to the microsoft fixit troubleshooter and get a msg that 'The troubleshooter is temporarily unavailable'. how do I get protection back up and running on my machine?
