Hi Friends,

I am having 1 issue any help will be highly appreciated.

i have 2 domain primary and chilled and server 2008 is running.

My primary domain is printmedia.local and chilled domain is starcom.printmedia.local

OU,Groups and users are configured on both domains and everything is working fine.

problem is i want a group from chilled domain to access one folder on primary domain. i create universal group on chilled domain for this and on the primary domain i create local group and when i try to add universal group in local group below mention error is coming.

Active Directory Domain Services:

The specified user was not found. If the user exists on another active directory domain controller in the enterprise. It may take 15 min or more for the user to be replicated.

I wait for hours still same thing.

I used repadmin command restart the servers but same thing.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Friends my english is little poor sorry for that.

Hi,

The fastest way is to create a TRUST relationship:

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc754626.aspx

This will allow users to communicate from domain A to B and viceversa.

You can do the same by adding and configuring ADFS, but actually it's not really easy.
