Posted March 22, 201212 yr I have a graphics card (dvi-a, vga dual). when I connect my monitor to the DVI only, and then I lauch IE, it opens the full window, but on the lower right hand site of the screen and I would have to move it and maximize it. This doesn't happen when I connect my graphics card to a smaller dvi-a monitor. How do i get the browser windows (IE8) to open regularly. Continue reading...
