Guest glowping Posted March 20, 2012 Posted March 20, 2012 I have already installed Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007 on my computer using a CD and the product key provided to me. However, I had to restore my computer back to original factory settings due to a virus. When I try to install Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007 on this same computer a second time (as it was erased when I restored to original factory settings), it is now telling me my product key is not valid. Is this because I have already installed it once? If so, there surely is a way to identify that I am the same person re-installing it on the same PC. Please advise. Continue reading... Quote
