How to do WIFII settings for WM6.5 ?

I have a wireless router and had register the scanner's Mac address.

I had previous scanner with Windows CE as OS the settings works on it

but not on WM 6.5.

I had the static IP address, DNS and WINS and all the static things

specified in the router to connect which works well on the old scanners(MC9090)

but same doesn't works in WM 6.5 (MC9190)

Please help me on this.
