Posted August 21, 200717 yr I recently tried loading the 3d feature of maps.live.com called Virtual Earth 3d and couldn't do it. I get an error telling me to install MS .NET Framework 2.0 and try again. I tried to install Framework but couldn't do that either, getting a "Error 25007. Error occurred while initializing fusion. Setup could not load fusion with LoadLibraryShim( ). error: 0X80131700." I can also load all Office 2003 programs except Access. Could these problems be related and if so, where do I turn next?
