Posted March 8, 201212 yr my laptop with windows7 and microsoft security essential infected with troan downloader:Win32/Cred.B msse wanted me to downl oad windows defender offline beta and run boot with defender.I downloaded defender on a flashdrive from another laptop and booted my laptop.Defender gives the following report: TROJAN DOWNLOADER:Win32/Cred.B alert level:SEVERE Status: NOT FOUND Recommendation: REMOVE My laptop is able to run only the windows defender offline beta in the flash drive.Otherewise it is frozen.
