Posted March 7, 201212 yr have manually removed some of it but I still can't connct. I installed Microsoft Security Essentials but it will not run a scan until after it updates..which it can't do. I get this error message: Error Code: ox8024402c the proxy server or target server names can't be resolved. I installed malware and it got rid of some viruses but did not fix the problem. HELP!!
