Posted March 7, 201212 yr I have a laptop that bluescreens with a Sopt 0c0000135 missing winsvr, will not boot to safe mode either. I took a look at: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/forums/en-us/itproxpsp/thread/74942BE7-745B-4B83-8A8E-F98D89DC6876 They never posted a solution and http://support.microsoft.com/kb/885523/en-us does not apply. There are no minidumps (appears not to have been turned on).
