Repeatedly get message that I am blocked out of Security Essentials due to computer problem.

When I try to go to the program Microsoft Security Essential, I get a message telling me I am blocked out of it because of a problem with my computer.

 

The icon missing in the bottom of screen bar is the clue that it is gone again.

 

Every day, I have to remove the program via control panel programs removal, access Microsoft Web, re-download Essentials, and it works fine for that day.

 

Next day, it starts all over again, EVERY day, same problem.

 

I have tried the off and on again Firewall Route, checked for errors on the computer, found none, run safety checks for viruses, found none. I am at wits end with this crazy problem.
