Posted March 6, 201212 yr Problem: I try to open attachments from encrypted emails when I get the "open,save/save as" box and try all 3 and I just get a blank page after that. Also, I cannot download files in general. I tried downloading ie9 again click on save or save as and nothing happens. I already restored advanced settings and reset while deleting all user information and, yes, "do not save encrypted pages to disk" is unchecked. Continue reading...
