I'm trying to download some files .flv from certain website, but Internet Explorer 9 slows down my PC, and I've found something quite interesting:

When I checked this on ProcessExplorer, that FLVSplitter.ax file came from my C:\Program Files\K-Lite Codec Pack\Filters folder.

But I'm not runnng any video requiring K-Lite codecs to OPEN, and IE9 is just using that filter because it's downloading FLV files.

EVEN IF I DON'T PLAY THEM, WHY DOES IT WASTES MEMORY ON MY MACHINE?

Why has IE9 to use those filters while downloading?

Is the problem within IE9 (as I suposse)? Or inside the filters?

How can I STOP IE9 using those filters while downloading?

Is it an programming error?
