Posted March 6, 201212 yr I used system update to update from SP2 to SP3. Now the system cannot recognize the hard drive. I got a SP2 CD from Microsoft to try to reinstall SP2 and find the problem, but I get a screen that is not in the instructions that the MS tech gave me.
