How to save password in page where i must write in 3 fields

1)I don't know if 3 fields are the problem ,but i can't save password for this page although i check boxes in 'content" tab.

try for example this one

in the 3 fields put

demo

I work with IE 8 , but i try it with IE on other PC and the result is the same --the password (demo) which is in the last field can't be save.

2) It's easy to save this pasword with firefox for example , but ther you can se saved password with just one click ,which is nosence..

And if someone find solution for first questio my second question is --can i be sure that there is no easy way the pasword saved by IE to be reveal?

I want my collegues to be able to log without knowing pasword .

And to be sure that they won't understand somehow password and log from home insead from work

I'll glad on any help regarding first or second question
