Seeking advice on creating a Default Profile

Hello everybody -

Any suggestions/advice for the following?

I want to create a default user profile in Windows 7 for a Windows 2003 Active Directory domain environment, in which the domain users use roaming profiles.

On my Windows 7 test machine, should I use as my profile "template" a

local admin account

domain admin account

domain users account

{add'l information: Client server applications, domain admin accounts do not use roaming profiles and are not part of domain users GPO}
