Problem again with "Computer potentially unprotected

I first posted this question a few days ago when I received warning that my computer was potentially unprotected despite having scanned only a few days previously. I received a couple of replies & followed the advice given re the action to be taken in Ccleaner etc. Despite doing this the problem has just re-occurred & I honestly don't know what to do in order to sort this out. Can anybody help me ......PLEASE ????
