Browser goes to the wrong website

This problem seems to occur at least twice a day. When I try to go to a website it re-directs me to some random website, usually some type of search website or Yellowpages. I've scanned using AVG, Ad-Aware, Malwarebytes, and Microsoft Security Essentials (which I've scanned multiple times with), and they have not come up with anything. I have tried multiple browsers and they do the same thing. I have tried putting my computer in SafeMode and it happened there also.

 

Any help would be great.
